Login to SAP System

January 2, 2011 v ABAP Tutorial 7

First find the SAP icon on the desktop.  
Login-to-sap-1
Double click on the SAP icon.
Login-to-sap-2
On the logon pad select the system you want to login to and press log on button.
Login-to-sap-3
Enter Client, User, password and press enter.
Login-to-sap-4
This is SAP easy access screen. All the tools required by ABAP developer is under the node Tools.

  1. I have 10 years design , develop and deploy Java/J2ee application experience , now I would like to learn and grow in SAP. I have strong technical back ground , I am a engineering post graduate. Can you please sugest me , how start developing ABAP addon? Do I get any evalution verion to practice?

    Myself Sarbshis, I MCA holder & as well as doing MBA in Operation & Marketing specialization, & worked in MES Engineer IT operation, I think go through ABAP technical course. Actually I handling different types of ERP sw. And recent my company implement SAP – MM & PPC. So, I confused which way I go to help me future enhancement. I aspect gave me a good suggestion.
